Representation & Retainer Notice
Reviewing information on this website or submitting an exploratory online assessment does not establish an authorized immigration representative-client relationship. Official representation begins exclusively upon execution of a formal CICC Retainer Agreement.
1. General Information & Educational Purpose
The information, materials, guides, and resources provided across this website (TrueQuestConsuling.ca) are offered exclusively for general informational and educational purposes. Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and ministerial directives change frequently. While we endeavor to maintain accurate and up-to-date content, no information on this website should be interpreted or relied upon as individualized legal or immigration consulting advice.
2. Absence of Representative-Client Relationship
Submitting an inquiry through our contact forms, sending an electronic message, or completing an initial eligibility assessment questionnaire does not create a representative-client relationship between you and TrueQuest Immigration Consulting Canada or any of its licensed practitioners. A formal, legally binding representative relationship is established only after all of the following conditions have been satisfied:
- A comprehensive preliminary assessment and conflict-of-interest check have been successfully completed;
- A formal written Retainer Agreement outlining specific services, responsibilities, and fee structures has been mutually executed; and
- The initial retainer deposit has been paid into our designated client trust account in accordance with CICC professional regulations.
3. Disclaimers Regarding Government Processing & Outcomes
All decisions regarding Canadian immigration, permanent residency, work permits, study visas, citizenship, and entry into Canada are made exclusively at the statutory discretion of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), and respective provincial immigration ministries. TrueQuest Immigration Consulting Canada makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding application processing timelines, visa issuance, or positive outcomes. No consultant or representative has the legal authority to guarantee the success of any application.

All formal supporting records, government-issued documents, identity papers, and personal information must be transmitted via CaseEasy360 rather than unencrypted electronic mail to ensure end-to-end data security and compliance with PIPEDA privacy regulations.
